Content Creator & Brand Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone who loves Social Media, Storytelling, Photography and Videography? You want to not spend the whole day at your desk, but accompany real projects and create exciting content from everyday work?

We are Aurentum Immobilien – one of the most modern real estate companies in Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate. Besides classic real estate brokerage, we buy, develop, and renovate properties ourselves, accompany property owners at important decisions, and currently building our second location in Regensburg.

Every day something exciting happens here. And exactly these stories want to tell professionally.

You will work closely with our CEO together and help build Aurentum as a strong regional brand.

This job is not for people who want to spend the whole day at their desk. You accompany our CEO regularly to construction sites, viewings, notary appointments, and exciting real estate projects and make content out of it that reaches thousands of people daily.

Aufgaben

No day will be like the other.

You are responsible for our entire brand presence and accompany our CEO regularly in everyday work.

Your tasks:

• Planning and production of content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Creation of Reels, Stories, short videos, and high-quality image material
• Accompanying our CEO at viewings, property evaluations, construction sites, notary appointments, and events
• Filming, photography, and independent post-processing of content
• Developing creative content ideas and new video formats
• Maintenance and further development of our website (Webflow)
• Creation of new landing pages, blog posts, and SEO contents
• Support in marketing our properties
• Creation of exposés, object texts, and marketing materials
• Care of our Google company profile
• Support in newsletters and email marketing
• Analysis of our social media and website performance
• Bulding and further development of our regional brand awareness

Qualifikation

Ideal candidate brings:

• Experience in the field of Social Media, Marketing or Content Creation
• Passion for Photography and Videography
• Safe handling with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar programs
• Creativity and a sense for good storytelling
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Independent and structured work style
• Organizational talent and initiative
• Pleasure in dealing with people
• Driver's license class B

From an advantage, but not a must:

• Experience with Webflow
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience with Meta Ads
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Search Console
• Experience in the real estate industry
