Content Assistant (Streaming & Social)

We develop sustainable careers together with artists and brands in the digital space. A central part of this is HE/RO (Heiko & Roman Lochmann) – musician and creator, who are currently rebuilding their Twitch- and YouTube-channels. For this, we are looking for support in the operational content area.

You should understand social media, be interested in pop culture, and have a desire to work on building our streaming and content structure from the beginning.

Tasks

• Prepare and publish content platform-specifically
• Develop highlights, clips, and formats, prepare them, and bring them online
• Maintain an overview of our content output
• Structure processes around planning, upload, and publication
• Take care of smaller organizational issues reliably
• Bring in your own ideas and actively participate in new content formats

Qualification

• You are familiar with social media and understand how content works on different platforms
• You have a good feeling for pop culture, trends, and digital formats
• You work structured, reliably, and independently
• Basic knowledge of video editing is an advantage (e.g. Final Cut, Premiere or CapCut)
• You think with it, pack it in, and have a desire to implement things simply
• Interest in music, streaming, and creator content
