📢 Content Administrator - Marketing Analytics and Operations Specialist
📍 Remote / Hybrid | 🕒 Full-time

Responsibilities:
✅ Administration and updating of digital content and associated data;
✅ Maintenance of documentation, procedures, and work standards;
✅ Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure information accuracy;
✅ Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and process quality;
✅ Performing operational reports and analyses;
✅ Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation;
✅ Managing requests and resolving operational issues.
Requirements:
✔ Completed university studies;
✔ 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or in fields such as Operations, Content Administration, Business Support, Data Analysis, or Project Management;
✔ Analytical skills and attention to detail;
✔ Experience working with documentation and operational processes;
✔ Advanced knowledge of the English language.
Advantageous:
➕ Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
➕ Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Improvement;
➕ Experience in automation and digitalization projects.
