Container Solutions Engineer (Administration and Development)

Job Bridge Global is seeking a Container Solutions Engineer (Administration and Development) to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative solutions using containers that optimize software development and deployment processes. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the modernization of our clients' technological infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement container solutions aligned with project and business strategy needs.
• Collaborate with software development teams to promote containerization technologies.
• Manage container environments, ensuring performance and security.
• Evaluate and select tools and platforms for container management and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Provide technical support and training to teams on container use and benefits.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to container infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and process-related to implemented solutions.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of software development and deployment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with technological trends and best practices in the containerization field.

Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in container solution administration and development.
• Certification in Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – CNCF/Linux Foundation or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration, Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) – CNCF/Linux Foundation, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development
• Solid knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and automation practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capacity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Certifications relevant to container technologies (e.g. Docker Certified Associate, Kubernetes Administrator) are an asset.
• Dedicated to learning and adapting to new technologies quickly.
