Job Objective Ensure the correct accounting, fiscal, and financial administration of the company, with special attention to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and control all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow; • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement; • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards; • Collaborate with other departments to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; • Provide financial guidance and support to management and staff; • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and activities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance; • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
