General Accountant in Aguascalientes

LP Gas industry company seeks highly committed and results-oriented General Accountant, ensuring financial integrity and compliance with operations.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Register and supervise daily accounting operations according to NIF and internal policies.
• Publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Control and reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and payable accounts.
• E nsure correct management of electronic invoicing (CFDI) in accordance with SAT guidelines.
• Prepare and present monthly and annual tax declarations (IVA, ISR, IEPS, DIOT, etc.).
• Verify compliance with fiscal obligations before SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other authorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing information and support.
• Analyze financial results and prepare reports for the general management.
• SUPPORT IN THE ELABORATION AND CONTROL OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree level: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in similar positions
• Residence location: Aguascalientes

KNOWLEDGE IN:

• Accounting, fiscal, and financial reporting areas.
• Software related to accounting such as Contpaq, EXCEL
• NIF management, CFDI, tax declarations, and SAT platforms.
• Deseable experience in energy sector companies.
