Accountant

Job Description Position: Accountant Location: Torreón, Coahuila Company seeks Accountant to join the Accounting area. The objective of the position is to ensure correct registration and control of accounting operations for the organization, providing administrative support to the area, managing databases and collaborating in the implementation and use of accounting management systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Responsibilities Perform the registration and control of accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Provide administrative support to the Accounting area, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required; Manage databases and ensure their integrity and security; Collaborate in the implementation and use of accounting management systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures; Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to accounting and finance; Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers; Perform other tasks as required by the company. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance; Knowledge of accounting principles and practices; Familiarity with accounting software and systems; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
