Senior Fiscal Accountant

Position Purpose To ensure the company’s tax compliance with governmental authorities, in accordance with current fiscal and accounting regulations, preventing discrepancies or omissions and ensuring the proper determination of taxes and integrity of company resources. Key Responsibilities Ensure tax compliance with SAT , including monthly, informative, and annual tax returns. Ensure compliance with INEGI requirements to maintain IMMEX registration. Ensure compliance with CONAGUA obligations regarding water use permits. Ensure compliance with SEMARNAT regulations for environmental impact assessments. Develop and implement internal controls to prevent errors or discrepancies in financial reporting. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Provide guidance and support to employees on tax-related matters. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial management. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with changes in fiscal regulations and accounting standards.
