Bilingual Accountant

Consolidated financial services company, specialized in managing portfolios and investment strategies in Latin America is looking for top talent for the role of Bilingual Accountant. Job objective The accountant will support the controller and the finance team in general in the management of daily accounting and fiscal operations, the preparation of financial reports and the tracking of operational data. This position requires a great attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or related field, 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, knowledge of Latin American markets and regulations, fluency in Spanish and English, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; • Managing and reconciling general ledger accounts; • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Providing support to the finance team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
