EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT – ARCHITECTURE STUDIO

International architecture studio is seeking an Experienced Accountant to join its administrative office.

The role will be responsible for the accounting and administrative management of the Studio, with particular attention to:

• general accounting, clients and suppliers;
• invoicing (active and passive), including international;
• management of deadlines, payments, and relations with banks;
• bank reconciliations and financial flow control;
• preparation of documentation for financial statements and tax compliance;
• relations with accountants and external consultants;
• administrative control of projects and contracts;
• management and verification of expense reports.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent knowledge of accounting and main IT tools. Experience gained in professional studios, design firms, or organizations with international activities will be considered a preference.

We are looking for a precise, autonomous, reliable, and discreet person, capable of managing responsibilities and deadlines methodically.

Work location: Rome.

Employment level and salary will be commensurate with experience.
