Senior Accountant

For PMI structured in the Logistics and Transportation sector, which is constantly growing and has a well-defined industrial plan, we are looking for a Senior Accountant. The candidate will be responsible for managing general accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with fiscal and accounting regulations. They will collaborate with the Finance team to support monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, and reporting activities. Main responsibilities: - Registration and reconciliation of accounting transactions (active and passive cycle). - Management of general accounting and patrimonial accounts. - Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing. - Preparation of financial reports and balance sheet analysis. - Management of correction and amortization entries. - Collaboration with external auditors and support for audit activities. - Monitoring compliance with fiscal and accounting regulations. - Updating and maintaining internal accounting procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields. - At least 2-3 years of experience in general accounting. - Good mastery of Excel and management software. - Analytical skills and attention to detail. - Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
