If you share our vision, at Tecne, Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A Group, for the Cassino site, we are looking for a resource to be hired in the role of Accountant.

What your responsibilities will be:

• Support the Works Manager in the initial preparation of accounting documents (SAL, Measurement Books, Payment Certificates, Accounting Register);
• Prepare, in coordination with the CCL office of the function, any new prices in case of minutes of agreement for new prices or preparation of a Variation Order;
• Verify subcontractors for each reference category and verify that the Contractor has fulfilled its obligations regarding the social security compliance of its employees and those of its subcontractors (articles 6 and 196 of the Regulations), as well as having regularly paid for the work performed to subcontracting companies;
• Provide support and prepare the necessary calculations in case of modifications or variations to the project for the preparation of Service Orders and/or Variation Orders;
• Prepare documentation relating to SIL and SAL, verifying correct accounting, prepare Payment Certificates and ensure that they are issued by the scheduled deadlines in collaboration with the Site Inspectors;
• Verify and control, in collaboration with the Planner, the progress of costs and monitor any deviations from the reference program, evaluate and redefine the projection of costs to completion.

What skills we require:

• · Technical diploma (surveyor, technician).
• At least 3/5 years of work experience in infrastructure project design.
• Knowledge of the main Price Lists used in the infrastructure sector (ANAS, OO.PP., DEI).
• Ability to understand project documents and consequently prepare the quantitative estimate;
• Knowledge of technical software such as: Team-system CPM (Estimating and Price Analysis Modules), Microsoft Excel, Autocad and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to analyze and organize workloads.

Contract type: permanent contract.

National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Construction and Industry

Salary: between € 35,000 and € 45,000 (excluding allowances provided for the role), depending on experience, skills, and professional profile.
