Works Accountant

Consorzio Eteria was born in 2021 from the strategic union between two of the main Italian industrial groups, Caltagirone and Gavio, through their respective companies Vianini Lavori and Itinera.

This alliance is founded on solid experience in the sector and advanced expertise in the execution of complex infrastructure projects, with the goal of operating successfully in the construction market, both public and private, in Italy.

Eteria's mission is to contribute to the infrastructural relaunch of the country, facing the challenges of a constantly evolving context and designing solutions that leave a positive impact for future generations.

For our construction site in Salerno, we are looking for a Works Accountant (to be hired by the consortium).

Main Responsibilities:

• support the Site Technical Management in the coordination and updating of the works program;
• draft the SIL (Stato Avanzamento Lavori - Work Progress Report) and SAL (Stato Avanzamento Lavori - Work Progress Status) in collaboration with the Site Manager;
• draft the active and passive accounting;
• prepare analyses of new prices and variation estimates;
• draft the budget forecast for production and cost/revenue margin based on the offer and its periodic adjustment;
• perform periodic checks of actual costs against the budget.

Requirements:

• Diploma;
• Knowledge of the technical language of the sector;
• Use of accounting software;
• Use of IT tools (PC, email, Office Suite);
• Use of common software: Word, Excel, Adobe, AutoCAD, Project.
