Job description
An experienced real estate accountant
By joining our accounting team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Accounting management and monitoring of a portfolio of properties for institutional and private clients
Work in close collaboration with the management group
Process monthly reporting
Preparation of annual accounts for real estate companies
Bookkeeping and distribution of common charges
Preparation of heating statements
Supervision of real estate apprentices during accounting training periods
Continuously contribute to service improvements
Exchange with clients or their representatives
To ensure smooth onboarding and successful integration into this role, we ask you to meet the following profile:
Swiss certificate/diploma in accounting
5 years of experience in real estate accounting in French-speaking Switzerland
Knowledge of Abacus software is a real asset
Possessing a global and modern vision of an accounting service, with a commitment to offering exceptional customer service
Autonomous and rigorous, you are capable of making appropriate decisions related to the position and conducting proactive exchanges with your superiors
Coordinated, pedagogical, and unifying, you are a guarantor of success with the entire company
Perfect command of French writing and spelling jidf59659fait jit0834ait jpiy26ait
