Expert Accountant

Orienta Orienta SpA, Labor Agency selects an Expert Accountant for a historic company in the commerce sector. The resource will be responsible for: - First note and general accounting; - Contact with banks (home banking and management of bank balances, reconciliations, payments) - Active and passive invoicing (merchandise/services); - Client/Fornecedor schedule: - Intra-month acquisitions and disposals. Management of IVA registers, support for budget forecasts - Preparation of the Balance Sheet, support with an external accountant once a week present in the company - Administrative tasks (management of immovable property and vehicle fleet) Requirements Required - High School Diploma - Previous experience as an accountant, accountant, or general accounting assistant gained at professional studios or companies; - Excellent use of Excel Work Location: Rome, Parioli area (near Viale Liegi) Working Hours Full-time, 40 hours weekly from 8:30 to 17:30 with a lunch break Job Offer A fixed-term contract for 12 months with stable insertion prospects, CCNL Commercio RAL 30-32 K. 14 monthly installments.
