Site Accountant

LHH For a multinational construction company leader in the construction sector, we are looking for a site accountant available to relocate to the northern Italy site assigned. Responsibilities Inserted into the project management team, the resource will be dedicated to managing the economic aspects of the specific project they will be assigned to (active and passive accounting, variant management, budgeting, and work program valuation). Activities - Manage the site accounting, supervising economic activities, preparing financial documents (measurement books, SAL, Payment Certificates, etc.); - Draft and update the project budget; in particular, analyze/draft metric computations, perform price analyses, evaluate and estimate indirect costs, identify and quantify liabilities, risks, and constraints of projects; - Collect and process economic data from projects to support the preparation of directional reports; - Intervene in planning site activities by verifying the consistency between project, specific proposals, and budget, as well as paying attention to realization times and resource needs (technical and economic); - Periodically verify and control compliance with the technical-economic program, providing analyses based on project metrics. Your Profile The resource we are looking for has a technical background (geometer/engineer/architect) and must have gained at least 2 years of experience in the role for General Contractor operating in the construction sector, preferably operating in private real estate, and desires to join a dynamic reality and growing company. Essential requirements include knowledge of technical/economic, accounting, and contract management issues, use of Teamsystem CPM, and good mastery of Excel.
