YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a Site Accountant for an important opportunity with one of our partner companies in the motorway sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring the economic progress of the project and accounting for works related to both the passive cycle and the active cycle, as well as supporting the dedicated function in industrial accounting and management control activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting of works, updating the project and accounting based on requested variations, applying the contractual price list, according to the norms of public works contract accounting;
• Prepare cost estimates;
• Record activities carried out on-site;
• Prepare passive SIL (Stato Avanzamento Lavori - Progress of Works Statement) and SAL (Stato Avanzamento Lavori - Progress of Works Statement), sharing information on work progress with the Site Manager and Site Supervisor;
• Verify the update of works and any variations on technical drawings;
• Attribute costs and revenues to cost centers;
• Support the Project Controller in the preparation of the project budget and subsequent updates;
• Verify, in consultation with the Works Management, the documentation related to the SAL.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel and Word);
• Knowledge of technical standards for work valuation (specifications);
• Excellent use of programs such as STR Vision, Primus, and AutoCAD;

WHAT WE OFFER?

• The gross annual salary for this role is between EUR 30,000 and EUR 36,000.
• The position is classified under the CCNL (National Collective Labour Agreement) for Commerce and Services applied by our company. The placement within the range will be defined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a review may be considered subject to internal approval;
