Accounts Payable and Receivable Accountant – Protected Category (Law 68/99)

To strengthen our administrative team, we are looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Accountant, belonging to Protected Categories under Law 68/99, with a civil disability equal to or greater than 46%.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of supplier accounting (accounts payable cycle);
• Management of customer accounting (accounts receivable cycle);
• Recording of incoming and outgoing invoices;
• Control and reconciliation of payments and receipts;
• Support in monthly closing activities and accounting reconciliations;
• Management of administrative documentation and archiving.

Requirements

• Belonging to Protected Categories (Law 68/99) with a civil disability equal to or greater than 46%;
• Experience, even if brief, in an administrative-accounting field;
• Knowledge of the main IT tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Excel);
• Accuracy, organization, and ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of ERP management software is a preferred qualification.
