Accounting Manager (Part-time) – Team Coordination

A commercial company with activity in the GL-BR zone, with a turnover of over 10 million euros and over 100 employees, is recruiting an Accounting Manager (Part-time) to coordinate accounting activities. We are looking for a talented and dedicated Accounting Manager to join our team in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and supervises accounting activity at the company level, organizes workflows, deadlines, and priorities.
• Ensures the accuracy of accounting records and closing monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Manages synthetic accounting and management accounting (verifications, reconciliations, correlations).
• Prepares and submits specific accounting and fiscal reports.
• Collaborates with department directors for periodic reports and financial clarifications.
• Audit & controls
• Collaborates with auditors/fiscal consultant (if necessary) and prepares necessary documentation.
• Manages communication during audits (ANAF/ITM etc.): transmits documents and provides clarifications.
• Prepares control files (organization by periods, justifying documents) and follows official responses.
• Reduces non-conformity risks through periodic internal verifications (VAT, taxes, sensitive accounts).

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting
• Solid knowledge of management accounting and synthetic accounting.
• Advanced operation in accounting software/platforms.
• Rigorousness, responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
