Junior HR Consultant

Job description

Between 2 and 5 years of experience in HR modules (OM, PA, PT, PY) required. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or related field. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve HR processes. Additionally, the candidate will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
