Dynamics AX Consultant (Trade & Logística)

We are looking for a Dynamics AX (2009/2012) consultant with solid experience in Trade & Logística modules, capable of acting on projects and support, ensuring operational efficiency in processes such as invoices, purchases, sales, inventory, EDI integrations, and data import via Data Import Export Framework (DIXF).
The professional will be responsible for analyzing requirements, proposing improvements, correcting errors, and following up on implementations with business areas and technical teams through support tickets.

Business Processes

• Parameterization and support in modules:
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) – Invoices, tax notes, fiscal parameters
  • Accounts Payable (AP) – Purchase orders, receipts, supplier invoices
  • Sales & Marketing – Sales orders, prices, deliveries
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management – Inventory, reservations, batch/serial, transfers
• Ensure integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance in processes.

Tax Documents and Billing

• Configuration and troubleshooting of NF-e, NFC-e, CT-e and fiscal integrations.
• Support for key access routines, CFOP, CST, rates, and tax rules.

Integrations (EDI / ESB / 3PL)

• Analyze and support messages:
  • ORDERS
  • DESADV
  • INVOIC
  • RECADV
  • Integrations with logistics operators (3PL)
• Validate schemas, error handling, point-to-point testing.
• FOLLOW-UP WITH VAN, partners, and ESB.

Data Import and Manipulation (DIXF / AIF / CSV)

• Configure and execute import templates.
• Clean up data and reconcile inconsistencies.
• Create and document load templates (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Prices, Inventory, etc.).

Support and Continuous Improvement

• Analyze incidents, identify root cause, and implement definitive solutions.
• Map processes and propose improvements.
• Functional documentation and training for key users.
