About the position We are hiring a Digital Sales Consultant (Digital Sales & Conversion) to work on converting leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, and digital channels. This is a strategic and operational role with direct impact on goals, conversion rate, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital sales, lead generation, and conversion, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: • Convert leads generated through digital channels into paying customers; • Develop and execute strategies for converting leads into sales; • Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve conversion rates; • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive conversions; • Provide regular feedback on sales performance and identify areas for improvement; • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field; • 2+ years of experience in digital sales, lead generation, and conversion; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools; • Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective advertising options.
