What your day-to-day will be like in this Operations area:

You will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing the Operations team's workflows,

identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement. You must ensure operational efficiency and increase the quality of deliverables in all involved areas. Furthermore, you play a critical role in identifying operational risks and gaps, proposing sustainable solutions, and supporting management in decision-making.

You are also responsible for defining and monitoring performance indicators and proposing action plans that support the achievement of strategic objectives.

Seeking operational excellence through the definition and monitoring of KPIs that support strategic objectives. The professional must conduct in-depth analysis of Operations data to identify problems, justify improvements, and measure results.

Necessary requirements to be a Claims Manager at #SulA:

Education: Complete Higher Education (with proof).

Experience in mapping (BPMN), critical analysis, and process redesign is required.

Mastery of Lean Six Sigma, PDCA methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Proficiency in data analysis (Advanced Excel and Power BI) and executive report creation (Advanced PowerPoint).

Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMO).

Strong analytical skills, systemic vision, and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication to translate complex analyses into simple messages.

It will be a differential if you have:

Previous experience in consulting firms.

Experience in the Health or Dentistry segments.
