We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team! As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for: • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions; • Designing and implementing innovative health management solutions; • Providing training and support to clients on the use of our solutions; • Analyzing client data to identify trends and areas for improvement; • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business administration, computer science); • At least 3 years of experience in implementation consulting or a related field; • Strong understanding of the Brazilian healthcare system and market trends; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
