About the Job: The Consultant will be the host of the clinic and the main connection with patients. Their mission will be to ensure a welcoming reception and, simultaneously, identify and create opportunities for patients to receive the best possible care. The Consultant will be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families; • Identifying and addressing patient needs and concerns; • Promoting the clinic's services and programs to patients and the community; • Building and maintaining relationships with patients and their families; • Collaborating with the clinic's team to ensure a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree in a related field; • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
