Commercial and Access Consultant - Interior of SP

Mission:

Implement strategic plans from Brand Teams together with Long Tail accounts in the Market, focusing on mature products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of account plans for previously selected long tail accounts in the private market, aiming to minimize barriers to access to the market through expanding patient access to our medications in an ethical and scientific manner, and meeting sales targets for mature products;
• Management of Abbvie's mature product portfolio in selected long tail accounts, considering commercial negotiation, revenue flow, and financial aspects;
• Performance governance in accounts;
• Plan and identify needs of each stakeholder and propose partnership projects using the Challenger structure;
• Position products according to brand strategy and execute proposed actions in Long Tail account plans, including visits to selected doctors related to accounts;
• Develop multi-stakeholder strategies per account ensuring patient access in long tail accounts;
• Implement contractual agreements through Abbvie's formal Supply Contract process when applicable;
• Work in synergy and leadership with sales, marketing, and medical areas integrating different departments to optimize results of market access actions.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Intermediate English (written and spoken);
• Experience in the commercial area of the healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry;
• Negotiation skills;
• Experience with market access: public and private.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office package;
• Tech knowledge of Laws, Portarias, ANS, CONITEC, Conass, Conasems, access flows;
• Availability for 50% travel time with headquarters in Ribeirão, traveling to the interior of SP.
