Retail Consultant/Capturer - Commercial Properties

Description We are seeking to incorporate a retail consultant/capturer for the Department of Retail - Commercial Properties in the Real Estate area of Company in Madrid. We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of the real estate sector and local environment, able to resolve customer queries and doubts regarding commercial property market. The person will be responsible for carrying out commercial actions to achieve established objectives. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for capturing new business opportunities. • Identify and prioritize potential clients and prospects. • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector. • Provide expert advice on commercial properties, including market trends, pricing, and negotiation techniques. • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail property consulting or a related field. • Strong knowledge of the Madrid real estate market. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
