Position: Labor and Social Security Consultant for Transaction Advisory

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing higher education in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Law;

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area;

Desired Characteristics:

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

• Experience in Labor Due Diligence or equivalent;

• Knowledge of labor and social security matters;

• Knowledge of the transaction environment (Transaction Advisory);

• Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge; and

• Advanced English is desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

- Perform Labor Due Diligence work (labor consulting) in buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing independent and duly supported assessments.

- Analyze the reasonableness of payroll calculations and principal and accessory obligations and respective formalities required by labor and social security legislation in the target's historical period, including social charges procedures (eSocial / GFIP / DCTFWEB / GFD Digital / RAT / FAP / FPAS / Sistema S);

- Analysis of compliance with collective bargaining agreements and occupational health and safety regulations;

- Develop Working Papers, and key data and inputs;

- Identify key labor findings.

- Map and calculate potential labor contingencies.

- Understand and share the impact of labor analyses on other Due Diligence areas (impact on financial analyses of EBITDA, working capital, and net debt; on tax analyses, etc.)

- Assist in developing Labor Due Diligence reports.

- Liaise with other financial and legal advisors, offering insights and guidance.

- Participate in meetings and interactions with the client;

- Keep leadership informed about the progress of the work.
