At Freeway Mexico we are looking for a Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant to join our Salesforce practice team, contributing to the implementation of complex and robust solutions within the Marketing cloud.
You will be part of national and international projects working hand in hand with first-class clients. You will integrate into a challenging and innovative environment that drives technical development, continuous learning and constant certification.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree / Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Marketing (Graduated).
• Advanced English (desirable).
• +3 years of technical experience in Marketing Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder and Personalization (desirable).
• Experience in technical implementation: configuration, integration, testing and data migration.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, applied in real projects, including:
  • Participation in the configuration of the data model (DMO, Data Streams and Calculated Insights).
  • Working with data ingestion, unification and segmentation from different sources.
  • Use of Data Cloud audiences for activation in Marketing Cloud (journeys and campaigns).
  • Applied understanding of identity, profile resolution and unified customer profile, collaborating in its implementation and validation.
• Experience in technical implementation: configuration, integration, testing and data migration.
• Experience in integrations between Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and debugging with browser development tools.
• Understanding of integrations with mobile SDKs, APIs and web architectures.
• Desirable experience with cross-platform frameworks for mobile apps (React Native, Cordova, Flutter).
• Desirable certifications: Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (desirable).

Main functions

• Implement and configure technical solutions in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Design and execute integrations and data flows between Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and external systems.
• Create advanced audiences in Data Cloud and activate them in journeys and campaigns.
• Perform automations and data loading processes (Data Extensions, Data Streams).
• Develop and maintain customizations with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with functional consultants in the design of viable technical solutions based on unified data.
• Execute technical tests and quality validation scripts.
• Document configurations, integrations and best practices.
