• Definition and update of the project schedule for: maintenance, renovations, and store openings;
• Control and update of project statuses for reporting and discussion with areas;
• Preparation of managerial presentations;
• Facilitate better communication flow and optimize information reading time for store teams;
• Update of area manuals, checklists, and others, with data capture and integration with stores using "simple" language appropriate for the end customer, aiming to provide adequate consultation and training material for stores;
• Optimize and standardize operations in the processes of opening and renovations, which are key functions in the store, in order to ensure compliance with processes involving financial risks for the business;
• Proven ability to lead projects with multiple work fronts;
• Strong communication and articulation skills with different audiences and hierarchical levels.

• Completed higher education degree;
• Experience in Store Planning will be a differential;
• Experience in fashion retail will be a differential;
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;
• Organized profile, with an analytical vision and focus on governance and results;
• Leadership and proactivity;
• Organization and sense of priority;
• Clear and objective communication;
• Ability to work under pressure and with multiple demands;
• Availability to work in a hybrid format in Alphaville.
