The Opportunity

We are looking for professionals with experience in Project Scheduling and Project Controls to support the development, monitoring, and analysis of schedules in construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will participate in the implementation of best practices in planning and control, providing key information for decision-making and risk mitigation associated with deadline compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using tools like MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Perform critical path analysis (CPM) and evaluate potential impacts on key project milestones.
• Monitor the physical progress of projects and compare actual performance against the approved baseline.
• Identify deviations, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities related to project scheduling.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Participate in change management processes, evaluating impacts on time, resources, and activity sequence.
• Coordinate schedule review sessions with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
• Implement best practices in planning, project control, and schedule risk management.
• Support productivity analysis, forecasting, and project completion projections.
• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and up-to-dateness of project scheduling information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced conversational English (indispensable).
• 5 years of experience in planning and control of construction, infrastructure, or industrial plant projects.
• Proven experience in developing and managing project schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Project; experience with Primavera P6 will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PMBOK, or similar.
• Experience in critical path analysis, progress tracking, risk management, and change control.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and report generation.
