Senior Financial Consultant/Financeiro of Transaction Advisory (Due Diligence contábil / financeiro)

The vacancies are for the accounting/financial consultancy area in transactions (Due Diligence contábil/financeira). REQUIREMENTS: • Superiors with experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, and financial analysis; • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements; • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
