What are we looking for?

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions and gathering requirements from clients.

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• At least 1 year of experience in another SAP SuccessFactors module (Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession, among others).
• Experience participating in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements with clients.
• Advanced English (essential for collaborating with international teams).

Desirable Knowledge

• Employee Central configuration.
• Human Resources processes (Core HR).
• Integration between SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• SAP Activate or agile methodologies.
• Development of functional documentation and execution of tests.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
• Gather and document functional requirements with the client.
• Configure and parameterize the solution according to business needs.
• Participate in analysis sessions, functional testing, and go-live.
• Provide functional support during different project phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a successful implementation.

Modality: Remote (Mexico)
