Consultor – SAP Incentive Management (Rules)

We are looking for a Consultant – SAP Incentive Management (Rules), Main Responsibilities Design and implement incentive management rules using SAP systems; Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns; Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of incentives with business objectives; Provide expert-level knowledge on SAP Incentive Management best practices and industry standards; Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP Incentive Management and apply this knowledge to improve processes and solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance); At least 3 years of experience in incentive management or a related field; Strong understanding of SAP Incentive Management principles and best practices; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an asset.
