The objective is to ensure correct demand mapping for these areas, creation and validation of functional specifications, alignment with service providers from SAP and non-SAP consulting firms, implementation project monitoring, and dedicated support in phases such as cutover, go-live, and post-go-live (hypercare).

The consultant specifically this year will have a lot of contact and dedication to the project adapting system architecture for Tax Reform.

Hard Skills (Technical Competencies)

The ideal candidate must master tools and processes that make up the financial core of SAP, with focus on Brazilian localization:

• SAP FI (Financial Accounting): Mastery in GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), AA (Asset Accounting) and Bank Accounting.
• SAP CO (Controlling): Solid experience in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing (CO-PC).
• Localização Brasil (TaxBR): Having knowledge of integration with electronic document messaging for documents (NF-e, CT-e) and fiscal processes will be a differential, but not mandatory.
• Gestão de projetos: Knowledge in basic IT project methodologies, routines of functional specification, testing, and interaction with finance and accounting departments. Creation and presentation of status meetings, project indicators, and management of deadlines and project restrictions.
• Other systems: Familiarity with BI tools, Blackline, bank integrations, and credit analysis systems.
• Compreensão de processos: Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, treasury, accounting, and fiscal processes.

To work in IT project management in a dynamic industry, the following skills are essential:

• Communication: Ability to translate technical terms into business language when dealing with project stakeholders. Good writing of technical documents, process mapping, and important presentations.
• Problem-solving and adaptability: Resilience to handle critical periods, such as monthly closures, audits, and important project milestones.
• Analytical thinking: Proactivity in identifying bottlenecks and problems within internal team processes and proposing solutions.
• Teamwork: Active collaboration with consultants from other companies, service providers, and business partners on IT projects.
• Discipline and ease to handle multiple projects simultaneously, of different sizes and scopes.
• Knowledge of the English language, focusing on reading and writing. Sometimes spoken English may be required for important meetings.
