We provide solid knowledge in the different areas that make up Capital Markets, especially Wholesale Banking, Financial Risks, Asset Management, Private Banking and Planning and Control.

Likewise, our company dedicates multiple resources to the training of our collaborators, offering them a broad training program that will contribute to their professional development: master's degrees, official certifications (FRM, CFA,...), internal training, languages, soft skills.

Currently, in our Mexico City office, we are looking to incorporate Junior Consultants who want to train in Financial Consulting.

As a Junior Consultant, you will learn, become familiar with, and participate in various projects, in accordance with the guidelines given by your Manager and the client (financial entities), in order to improve their efficiency.

We are looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Education: Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, Systems, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• No experience or with basic knowledge in Finance, and with a high interest in developing.
• High degree of autonomy in managing and organizing their work.
• Very high level of English.
• Ability to work under pressure, Organization, and Teamwork.
• Initiative, customer orientation, Flexibility, and ability to adapt behavior/communication based on context.
• Desirable: (Java, Python, etc.
