Senior GRC Consultant - Regulatory Engagement

Job description

Create and organize a process of consolidation of regulatory information from various banking forums, such as BACEN, FEBRABAN, ABIMA, and B3.

Corporate Governance: Coordination of governance boards (ICC, Compliance Territory Committee, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee).

Regulatory Affairs: Point of focus for regulatory issues, relationship with regulators, conduct of exams (preparation, execution, remediation) and reporting to councils and committees.

Regulatory Change Management: Organizational alignment to new requirements, definition of plans, schedules, resources, and critical milestones, as well as management of remediations and assignment of responsibilities.

Advocacy: Communication with banking associations, quarterly follow-up on emerging topics, consolidation of dashboards for the COMEX and submission of matters to the RCMF when applicable.

Vendor Risk (in conjunction with the team)

Advocacy: Organization of information in presentations and files, with links/automation for continuous updating.

KPIs: Review and improvement of performance indicators.
