We are looking for a Consultor Funcional Marketing Cloud to join our team of practice Salesforce, being part of the Summit Partner with the highest growth rate in Latin America. Our mission is to help transform and optimize business strategies for our clients, leveraging Marketing Cloud to generate personalized, efficient, and measurable experiences.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's / Engineering degree in computer science, marketing or related field (Title).
• Advanced English (indispensable).
• +3 years of experience implementing projects with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Mastery of Marketing Cloud Engagement (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies: email campaigns, social media advertising, segmentation, and automation.
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Deseable to have certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.

Main Functions

• Analyze and design business requirements for Marketing Cloud projects.
• Accompany the end-to-end implementation of digital campaigns.
• Configure journeys, audiences, segmentations, and performance reports.
• Document functional solutions and support user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct solution execution.
• Proactively manage client relationships and define scopes.
