Junior Travel Consultant
Job description
Confirm the main activities of this job. Provide support to travel agencies after booking national air tickets, offering a humanized, objective, and resolutive service. Perform quotes, reservations, and emissions of national air tickets. Issue additional services such as pet transportation, unaccompanied minor assistance (UMNR), seat selection, extra baggage, and other relevant requests. Calculate changes and re-issues of tickets, ensuring compliance with the airline's policies and regulations. Ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Provide explanations and justifications for any changes or cancellations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
