Your Day-to-Day and Main Responsibilities

As a Commercial Consultant, you will be a key player in our clients' credit journey, engaging in the following activities:

• Perform consultative sales of financial products, focusing on consigned loans and consigned cards.
• Actively serve and prospect clients, using various channels (in-person, telephone, and email).
• Ensure accuracy in typing and tracking proposals in internal systems.
• Perform queries and simulations to present the most suitable credit solution for the client's needs.
• Develop and execute customer retention and loyalty actions, building long-term relationships.

✨ What We Look for in You (Requirements and Qualifications)

To succeed as a Commercial Consultant, it is essential:

• Passion for sales and genuine interest in the commercial area.
• Completed High School (mandatory).
• Excellent negotiation skills and good interpersonal communication.
• Availability to work on-site during business hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Differentiators (Desirable)

• Previous experience with sales or customer service (retail, call center, or active telemarketing).
• Experience with prospecting and sales via active telemarketing.
• Possess FBB 110 certification (If you don't have it, the company will provide training!).
