Systems Consultant (Interface TI X Business)

This Systems Consultant position acts similarly to a Product Owner, being the bridge between Business and IT for prioritizing demands, defining requirements, and evolving insurance systems. Responsibilities Act as a strategic bridge between IT and Business, aligning priorities and objectives. Lead the gathering of requirements for new products (Transportation, Agriculture, Real Estate) and improvements. Evaluate regulatory demands (SUSEP) and ensure compliance with business rules. Map the journey of the customer through the entire process, from onboarding to claims settlement. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business value. Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT and Business teams. Identify and mitigate risks associated with new products and improvements. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends. Provide thought leadership and guidance on technology-enabled innovation opportunities. Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure that solutions meet those needs. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
