Job description
MSX is seeking professionals with a background in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. If you want to be part of an innovative and results-oriented team, this might be your opportunity. Here you will be responsible for:
- Executing diagnostic tests at dealerships, developing quality programs, applying program modules, training involved parties, and monitoring actions, as well as critical analysis of collected data, solution development, and support for program modeling.
- Conducting technical visits and interviews at dealerships, diagnosing opportunities and gaps.
- Applying program modules considering various pillars and areas (ADM, Processes, Customer Service, Technology, Scheduling).
- Training local teams and monitoring action plans. Producing technical reports and evidence of execution. Interacting with supervisors and analysts for continuous alignment.
Leading the implementation, sustainability, and execution of new processes in the dealership network through continuous improvement, effectively identifying opportunities for process improvement, resource optimization, and bottleneck reduction through on-site or virtual mentorship to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize resources, and reduce bottlenecks.
Analysis of quality KPIs for the dealership network, aiming to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conducting diagnoses and status updates on process implementation at dealerships;
Ensuring, monitoring, and working with dealership opportunities according to business objectives and customer voice.
Developing action plans based on observed process deviations during in-person and virtual visits;
Monitoring the evolution of the action plan, seeking to align dealership performance with organizational expectations.
Leading the implementation of new programs from the manufacturer, responsible for applying and monitoring new sales/post-sales processes in the dealership network;
Handling multiple and diverse client needs simultaneously;
Preparing reports and controlling indicators.
Planning, implementing, analyzing, and presenting results.
