Operations Consultant - Belo Horizonte

Our purpose is to strengthen and drive the growth of our associates through specialized consulting services, training, technology and exclusive commercial conditions — promoting sustainable development without sacrificing the independence of each partner. We are looking for a professional who has experience in operations management, with a focus on process optimization, cost control and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. He/she should be able to analyze complex data, identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. Additionally, he/she should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, build strong relationships and maintain confidentiality when necessary. The selected candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
