Strategy Governance Consultant

Job Summary

The Strategy Governance Consultant is responsible for supporting shareholders/board members, senior management, and managers in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with best practices in governance and management. This professional acts as a link between strategic vision and execution, promoting improvements in organizational performance and longevity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate in preparing workshops for strategic diagnosis and the definition of strategic goals and objectives, and the development of projects and action plans aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure that strategic practices comply with internal policies, external regulations, and market best practices.
  • Strategy Implementation: Prepare management rituals and support the control and monitoring of the execution of strategic initiatives, contributing to ensuring delivery within established deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Contribute to the definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement rituals to monitor results (board meetings, director meetings, etc.), encouraging adjustments to optimize the achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between shareholders/board members, senior management, managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.
  • Training and Consulting: Guide leaders and teams in adopting strategic methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard and SWOT analysis, promoting a culture of effective planning and execution.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports and executive presentations, communicating insights, recommendations, and progress clearly and impactfully.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Academic Background: Graduation in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, or related areas is highly desirable.
  • Professional Experience: Experience in roles related to strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate governance, preferably in complex projects or medium to large-sized organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of strategic planning methodologies (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, Balanced Scorecard). Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, Claude).
  • Behavioral Skills: Strategic thinking and systemic vision. Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to interact with different hierarchical levels. Complex problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. Collaborative leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams. Proactivity, organization, and effective time management.
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English (written and spoken).


Working Conditions

  • Location: On-site, Goiânia, Goiás.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility for meetings outside of regular business hours, as needed.
  • Travel: Availability for corporate travel, depending on project demands.
  • Remuneration: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) regime with an initial remuneration of R$ 5,500.00.
