In this role, your activities will include:

Offer undergraduate courses to potential students, focusing on conversion, identifying needs, and presenting suitable educational solutions. Conduct negotiations consultatively, aiming to provide the best student experience, in addition to supporting the organization and optimization of commercial processes. Ensure quality of service, with clear, humanized, and assertive communication, monitor operational performance indicators and goals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's processes and results.

Our Requirements:

• Adult age;
• High school diploma complete;
• Easy access to the Barra Funda region (SP);
• If you are a former Kainos or You BPO Tech employee, a 6-month interval is required before returning to the company.
• Skills and ease with computers;

• Position: Customer Service Consultant
• Contract: CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho - Brazilian Labor Laws)
• Salary: R$ 1,669.53 + benefits
• Schedule: 5x2 with fixed weekends off;
• Work Hours: 11:12 AM to 9:00 PM
• Training Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:12 PM
• Work Location: Rua Taquari, 546 - Mooca
• Modality: 100% in-person
