Budget Control Consultant

Objective of the position Prepare an investment budget (capex, opex), responsible for attending to users for supervision and accompaniment and control of planning and execution of project budgets. Report on budget management by initiative and active participation in continuous improvement processes associated with different systems and processes that are managed internally. Main responsibilities Operation with users of business units assigned to attend. Prepare and submit reports on budgetary performance, including financial statements and other relevant information. Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize budgetary performance and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize budgetary needs and develop plans to address them. Provide guidance and support to users on budgetary matters, including financial planning and management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with budgetary decisions. Monitor and control budgetary performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Participate in continuous improvement processes to identify and implement best practices for budgetary management. Provide training and support to users on budgetary matters, including financial planning and management. Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and develop plans to address them. Monitor and control budgetary performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance with organizational goals and objectives.
