As a Commercial Consultant at Adecco, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability; • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs; • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills; • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business, including their goals, challenges, and priorities; • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions that meet client needs; • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial consulting. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial consulting or a related field; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions; • Analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
