Commercial Consultant of IT Services - Advanced English

As a Commercial Consultant for IT Services, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new clients, providing expert advice on our professional services and helping clients optimize their operations. Location: Querétaro, Querétaro.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am to 06:00 pm

Modality: Hybrid, mainly working from home but we are looking for availability to go to the office when necessary.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Systems or related field (Graduated or Intern)
• At least 3 years of sales experience
• Knowledge of selling services
• Proven sales quota achievement
• Elaboration of sales plans
• Elaboration of pipeline & forecast
• Knowledge of sales methods

Main Activities:

• Actively prospect new clients in key sectors (finance, retail, health, government, among others).
• Manage the complete sales cycle: qualification, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Design of comprehensive proposals
• Keep the CRM updated with relevant opportunities, contacts and activities.
• Represent the company in events, fairs, and webinars related to IT services.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
