We are looking for a Soil Catcher Consultant who will be responsible for identifying and capturing new soil opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to increase the value of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate sector, knowledge of the Spanish market, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: • Identify and capture new soil opportunities through market research and analysis. • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase the value of our real estate portfolio. • Collaborate with the investment team to identify potential investments and develop business plans. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Provide regular updates on market trends and opportunities to the investment team. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in the real estate sector, preferably in soil development or similar role. • Knowledge of the Spanish market and its trends. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
