Agricultural Consultant III

Objective To act as a Senior Agricultural Consultant, in collaboration with producers to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend effective agricultural practices, solve health problems on the farm and collect samples (soil, seedlings and fruits) for analysis, registering visits and recommendations on the company's platforms, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products aligned with the company's standards. Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to producers, analyzing their production systems and proposing improvements, conducting soil tests and recommending fertilizers and pesticides, monitoring crop development and advising on pest control, collecting data on farm productivity and proposing strategies for improvement, developing and implementing agricultural plans and projects, collaborating with other departments to ensure the success of agricultural initiatives, and contributing to the development of new products and services.
